The single, starry shaped green flowers with brown spotting and a white and pinky-purple lip are produced low down on the plant, from the base of the pseudobulbs.

This easy to grow species is a compact grower with a bushy habit of soft green leaves from oval pseudobulbs.

It likes to be kept damp most of the year, a little drier in the winter. Misting to the foliage is beneficial as well.

Origin - Brazil.
