Bulbophyllum Kalimpong

This is a hybrid between the two species - ornatissimum x guttulatum

It forms pairs of pink speckled flowers which are held just above the leaves. It has a low, creeping habit of small bulbs each with a single leaf.  These types prefer to kept on the drier side with a rest from watering in the winter. The thicker leaves mean they can take a bit more light as well. 

Large enough to flower in 12 months.

The compost type is bark.
