Anguloa brevilabris

THIS ANGULOA DOESN'T HAVE ANY LEAVES AT THE MOMENT.

Anguloas are beautiful orchids from South America, producing large tulip shaped, waxy flowers.

They are cool growing and need a dry winter rest when they often lose their leaves.

Flowers are produced in the spring or summer alongside the new leaf growths.

They can often make large pseudobulbs and large leaves through the summer. 

This species has large flowers, yellowy outside with dark red spotting inside, waxy and fragrant.
