Please note: When
ordering, plants will not necessarily be in bud or flower.
If you require a specific orchid in flower then please contact
us to check availability. The web site contains lists of
plants we have in highest numbers. New orchids will be added
when they are available. If you still can't find what you
are looking for then please contact us.
Also
please note Payments for goods ordered on
the web site are made through PAY PAL
using credit or debit cards. You do not have to have a Pay
Pal account to do this. Alternatively you can contact us
directly with your order and card details. Credit/debit
card details are not kept on file but destroyed immediately
after processing.
Delivery
options are as follows and can be selected in the
ordering process:
Express Delivery
£10,
Before Noon delivery
£15,
Saturday Delivery
£20,
Delivery to Northern
Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands
and Isle of Man
£15,
We despatch Monday
to Thursday and if we receive your order before 12 noon
then it will go out the same day for delivery on the next
day.
Saturday deliveries
will be despatched on fridays.
IMPORTANT:
If you would like to specify a delivery day, add a personal
message or add any other additional information then please
send an accompanying email after you have
placed your order and it will be tied up together in the
processing. Thank you.

ORDERING
ON-LINE
When you enter
the shopping section of the Burnham Nurseries site, you
can go straight to our Product
Overview to see everything in our on-line
shop. You also have the option to do a Product
Search if you don't know where to find what
you are looking for.

Opens a search window, so you can
search the store using keywords. |

Opens a list of items currently in
your basket, you can remove goods or change quantity's
here. This will also take you to a step by step checkout
area where you can enter your personal details and
chose delivery options. |

This will open an email window with
our address pre-inserted. |

This will take you back up one department
in the store. |

At the Product Overview
you can enter the various sections of the store, sometimes
you may be given another choice of sub-sections. To
get back to the main store page simply click the BACK
button or use the text links (see below)that appear
when you start to enter the various sections. |

Text
links appear as you go deeper into the various shop
sections. They provide the ability to move back
to a previous page in the current section or back
to the store entrance. The BACK button mentioned
above performs a similar task.

The Order button
simply adds your chosen product to the cart, you can
then chose to go straight to the checkout or confirm
the order and carry on shopping. REMEMBER you
can always change you products in your Basket by simply
clicking Shopping Cart at any time. |
Once you have
selected a product click on Order, then to continue
shopping click Back or to go forward to the checkout click
order again. Here you can then select your delivery method,
check your order and enter your delivery and payment details.
The checkout area
requires you to enter your personal details, such as name,
address, delivery address if different, and credit card
details. Payments for goods ordered on the web site are
made through PAY PAL using credit or debit
cards. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to do this.
This ensures your transaction is 100% secure.
