EU COUNTRIES -
No import permit or health certificate is needed. Please phone or email your order and we will quote you for delivery costs based on order size and country of destination.

Payment is preferred by credit card direct or by Pay Pal.
Orders will be despatched at the start of a week and only under favourable weather conditions.
This includes Eire.

Delivery costs are calculated on the volumetric weight of the parcel. This is not always the same and is dependant on the number and size of the plants ordered.

NON - EU COUNTRIES -
Enquire with your local Department of Agriculture as to whether you need an import permit. If this is needed then send this to us together with your order (a copy or faxed copy is acceptable). There are charges made to us regarding the issue of plant health and CITES certificates, please enquire for the latest charges.

We will issue you a proforma invoice for the plants plus freight at cost. Payment can then be made by credit card, Pay Pal or a cheque in £ sterling from a UK bank. Your order will then be dispatched to you; we will only send under favourable weather conditions.

Please Note: Payment for all export orders is preferred by credit card as an exact cost of freight is difficult to calculate until the order is packed and ready for despatch.
