Rain or shine we can guarantee a great show or orchids twelve months of the year. Whether you are serious orchid enthusiasts, keen gardeners or just looking for a day out then make sure that a trip to the nursery is on your programme of events for this year.

With an amazing range of orchids, Burnham Nurseries and Orchid Paradise is the ideal venue for your group visit. Both educational, fun, all under cover, with some stunning specimens on display all year round, make sure we are on your list when travelling to the south west next.

A family-run firm for the last 3 generations, remember that we've won 18 Gold Medals at the Chelsea Flower Show over the years, so you can begin to imagine how beautiful our nurseries are.

Daytime Visits:
Prior booking of parties is preferred and appreciated if possible.
Groups of up to 20 people, £2.00 each including senior citizens. Children under 14 are free.
Groups of 20 or more, £1.50 each including senior citizens. Children under 14 are free.
Hot and cold drinks and light refreshments are available from our Tea Bar (please note meals are not available).
School groups are very welcome, £1.00 per child with accompanying teacher(s) free.

Evening Visits:
Evening visits are only available from May to September and only by prior booking, subject to the date being convenient. Arrival should be by 7.00pm at the latest to make the most of the lighter evenings as we have little artificial light in the greenhouses.
There is a minimum group size of 20 people for evening visits, £2.50 each to include a private guided tour of the orchid houses. Tea and Coffee etc is also available at cost with prior notice please.
