All plants and products listed in the Burnham Nurseries Ltd online shop at www.orchids.uk.com are supplied in good faith with utmost care taken to ensure all plants are in good health when they leave our nursery. All prices and details are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change at any time. All the website content is the property of Burnham Nurseries Ltd and none of this material may be used without our permission.

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or paypal.

Discount codes are not valid for gift vouchers or delivery charges.

We deliver most UK orders by Parcel Force 24 or 48 hour delivery services but we reserve the right to choose a different carrier if it is deemed more suitable for the destination. We will deliver your order to the address you specify for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate otherwise delivery may be delayed. Orders will usually be despatched within 3 working days but there are times when due to show commitments we are unable to carry out mail order or despatch may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a delay. Please let us know if you need urgent or specific delivery dates.

If any damage has occurred in transit please notify us immediately. Any damage or problems caused after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is not delivered on the designated day as expected please inform us immediately so we can track it and find out what the problem is as soon as possible. A partial or full refund of the delivery charge may be possible depending on the circumstances by which it is late.

If you need to cancel your order please contact as soon as possible. Once the order has been despatched it cannot then be cancelled.

Returns. If you need to return your order to us, please contact us first to discuss and arrange collection if necessary. If you have any problem with the orchids you have ordered please contact us immediately. Exchange is possible up to 2 weeks from purchase if the plant has died through no fault of the customer. Burnham Nurseries reserves the right to assess and decide whether or not the problem with a plant is the fault of the nursery or the customer.

Privacy policy. We will not pass on any of your details to any third party and will only use them to contact you regarding your order or any query you may have.

We aim to provide the best service possible but if you have any cause to complain please contact us immediately.
